  • ATMs: 3 ATMs are available at various locations within the theme park- near the Information desk, in the bank opposite Subway, and in the NICK shop next to the ticket office. 
  • Dog hostel: You can host your dogs at the Dog Hotel in Movie Park for a small fee of €10. Bring along your dog’s favorite food and their vaccination certificates to book a stay.  
  • Lockers: You can store your belongings in rented lockers in the Lost and Found office. The service fee is €5 plus €5 deposit. 
  • VIP service: Indulge in a stress-free shopping spree at this theme park. Instead of hauling the bags with you, you can collect them later from the central Department.

  • Special Pass: Visitors on wheelchairs or strollers who may find it difficult to stand in line for rides can avail of this pass. It allows you to check in digitally while partaking in other activities within the park. You can pick up this pass from the Lost and Found desk or the Guest Information desk after presenting a doctor’s certificate, EU disability card, and the like. Note that the Special Pass is not valid for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: License to Drive and Pier Patrol Jet Ski. 
  • Arrival: Visitors with limited mobility can avail of reserved parking spaces at the bus parking area. Before parking, you have to register with the theme park’s staff via the hands-free system and show them your disability card.
